We were buying a house from out of town, and she always went above and beyond for us. When we would fly in last minute for viewing houses, she would clear her agenda and plan the entire weekend around us to ensure we had enough time to find our dream home. And we did, thanks to her! This is the 3rd real estate transaction with which we have worked with Leslie and her Team, and it is a true testament to how amazing they are! Leslie consistently exceeds our expectations, and she was incredible through the entire process of selling our old home and purchasing a new one.  Leslie’s promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase and sale process very, very simple. The home that we were selling…well, it was under contract in less than 24 hours, with a cash offer, and for the price that we were asking.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Leslie showed up at our 1st meeting having already done all the necessary homework for me to know she was the realtor for me. She came with a very thorough booklet showing everything about the property I was selling, along with current as a well as past comparables. That, added with the fact that she has lived in the area all her life with real-estate in her bones through her mother. To top it off, Leslie is the sweetest  lady with no pressure tactics or grand ideas of listing at some ridiculous high price to see if it will fly. She knows the market, sets a fair value which drew massive interest and a contract within days of listing. May I also say her photographer is amazing!
